Dress Code for the Wedding
We kindly request that guests wear “beach formal” attire for the ceremony and all following activities.
Ladies should wear floor-length dresses—patterns are welcome—paired with heels or sandals (please note that all activities will take place on hard surfaces, not grass or sand).
Men should wear a jacket, dress pants, and dress shoes; ties are optional. The wedding parties will be wearing blue, so we kindly ask guests to choose other colors.

For Friday Night White Welcome Beach Party, guests should wear white attire.
Ladies should wear white dresses, or skirts/pants and blouses.
Men should wear white shirts with khakis or dress pants.

Along with your room, your stay at the resort will include drinks, food, and select activities as part of an all-inclusive experience.

During your stay, the resort offers a variety of amenities and fun activities, including two large pools, hot tubs, dance classes, fitness and sports sessions, lively nightly entertainment, and much more. For a full list, please visit the resort’s website

No, transportation is not provided, and guests should arrange for transportation between the airport and hotel on arrival and departure. There are services that accommodate large group transportation if multiple guests are arriving to the airport at similar times.

Yes, a valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. Please make sure your passport is up to date and not expiring within 6 months of travel.

We are working with a travel agent, Destify, to provide easy booking. You may also book independently.

Most gratuities are included with the all-inclusive package, but we recommend guests bring some small denominations of US Dollars to use as tips when ordering drinks or receiving excellent service.

Unfortunately, Hilton Playa Del Carmen is an adults-only resort and does not allow guests under 18 years old on the property.

We kindly ask that gifts not be brought to the resort due to travel limitations. If you’d like to send something, please use our registry to mail it to our home address.

We have hired a professional photographer to capture every moment of the ceremony, so we kindly ask that you be present with us and keep phones tucked away during the ceremony. Feel free to take photos before and after!
